The first ten units of Phase 1A of the Cork North West Quarter Regeneration Plan were handed over to Cork City Council. The Units located in Kiliney Way, Knocknaheeny, all 3 bedroomed, are Energy efficient A rated houses.

Harris Coyle Breen provided the services of Quantity Surveyors for Cork City Council on this development.
