The latest Construction Tender Price Index published by the SCSI shows construction tender prices are continuing their steady increase from moderate rises in 2013.

The Indices indicate that Construction tender prices grew by some 2% since the beginning of 2014, with an annual increase (first half 2013 to first half 2014) of 4.4%. {source: Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, 02 September 2014}
