Construction Tender Prices Continue to Rise Slowly in first half of 2013

3% Increase in Tender Prices over the last 12 months
New figures from the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) show that building costs increased slightly in the first half of 2013, continuing a trend of moderate price increases since bottoming out at start of 2011. {Source: Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland}.
