Phase 1A of the Cork City Northwest Regeneration scheme at Kilmore Road Lower Knocknaheeny has gone to open public tender. The proposed works comprise the construction of 23 number infill residential units, works to existing residential units, site development works, main public road re-alignments, and utility services diversions. Harris Coyle Breen are undertaking the role of Consultant Quantity Surveyors for the Employer, Cork City Council.
