The work consisted of the Construction of a New Garda Station on the site immediately adjacent the existing Garda Station in Ballincollig, Co. Cork together with external stores, ESB sub-station, garage and bicycle store and associated siteworks. The Project was undertaken in two main Phases.

On completion of the new work the staff shall be relocated to the new station and the existing station will be demolished. Demolition of the existing Army Barrack Building in the adjacent site with annex and walls at rear, GFA 1550m2.
