Harris Coyle Breen have provided both general Quantity Surveying services and Specialist Contractual and Procurement Services advice to Cork Institiute of Technology over the last number of years. Some of the more recent projects include: 

CIT 1974 Electrical Upgrade

This project consisted of Electrical Upgrade Works to Blocks A, B, C and D for present and future capacity demands, comprising the upgrade of sub-main cables, the Sub Distribution Boards, Low Voltage Switchgear, relocation of an existing Generator, Cable, Distribution, Lighting, Mechanical and Instrumentation Systems, Fire Alarm system, Cable containment, lighting Protection System, Earthing and Bonding.

Block C Gases

This project was comprised demolition works, new fire escape, new gas pipes to the existing Block C building, and were undertaken in two phases.

Bistro Piazza development

This expansion to the existing Bistro comprised a new external seating area with a Bespoke Sail Roof, paving, seating and planter and landscaping. 

Nexus Acoustic upgrade

The project set out to improve the acoustics in the multipurpose Nexus Centre at CIT.
